CollectiVibe virtual fair platform is owned by the company: BEYOND 42 d.o.o. Beograd,incorporated and registered in the Republic of Serbia, with identification 21479900 whose registered offices are at Palmoticeva 16, 11000 Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.

LICENCE 

BEYOND 42 d.o.o. Beograd is the sole owner of CollectiVibe virtual fair platform. It is forbidden any unauthorized attempt to copy, modify, duplicate, create derivative works from, mirror, republish,download, display, transmit, or distribute all or any portion of the CollectiVibe virtual fair platform

BEYOND 42 d.o.o. reserves the right to terminate the performance of services withoutprior notice to any person in case of breach of contract or these Terms and conditions.

IFRAMES

It is forbidden to create frames around CollectiVibe virtual fair platform or use similar ways forany way the visual presentation or appearance of our Web site without our prior approval and express writtenpermission.

LINKING

BEYOND 42 d.o.o. is in charge of creating and delivering a completevirtual experience that involves the creation of 3D renders, images, hyperlinks and other necessary contentrequired for an online event.

Any person can register on any fair hosted on CollectiVibe virtual fair platform and create an account. After that it is possible to access the platform and view it contents.

Any user is allowed to put links for other websites and other content on his profile.Every profile has a report button for unauthorized or inappropriate content and will be terminated in caseof publishing such content (example: unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar,obscene, or hateful content or content which is racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or whichinfringes upon the rights of any third party).

REMOVAL OF CONTENT

Any content that is put on CollectiVibe virtual fair platform can be removed by BEYOND 42 d.o.oif reported. BEYOND 42 d.o.o will consider requests to remove content but will have no obligation to do soor to respond directly to the sender of the request.

BEYOND42 d.o.o. assumes no responsibility and no liability for the content of the CollectiVibe virtual fair platform provided by users.

BEYOND42 d.o.o. does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility forany product or service advertised or offered or any Virtual Fair Data displayed through the Service or anyhyperlinked website.

FORCE MAJEURE

BEYOND42 d.o.o. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform itsobligations that arise from any cause beyond the reasonable control of BEYOND42 d.o.o.

Such causes shall include, but are not limited to: epidemics, floods, fires, loss ofelectricity or other utilities, labor strike…

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms andconditions (including non-contractual disputes or claims)are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of Serbia and with exclusive jurisdiction ofCommercial court in Belgrade Serbia.
