Online Community

Nonprofits use our Online Communities software to identify and engage with beneficiaries and partners in a cost-effective way. Online Community can be an upgrade of the online event platform, ensuring that participants and partners from the event stay connected even after the event. It also allows every future event to be accessed from the Online Community which increases the event turnout and in return generates new members for the community.

The offer for TechSoup nonprofits: The installation and adaptation of the community is free of charge, and only EUR 210 (70% discount) monthly fee for communities up to 500 members*

If you need to digitize some processes in your non-profit using 3D design, such as virtual onboarding, virtual presentation of your projects, boots for your beneficiaries, participatory grantmaking, or project cycle management, we can offer the right solution for you.

How long does it take for a platform to be set up?

From the moment we receive complete materials needed for the platform it takes one week until the final set up of the template event design and for the community. For custom event designs, time approximation will be defined on a case to case basis.

What materials/assets do I need to prepare for the platform?

Depending on the template design you choose, we will provide you with the specification of the necessary materials. These include logos, visuals, videos, brochures and many more.

How secure is my data with CollectiVibe?

CollectiVibe maintains high-standards when it comes to data privacy and security. We are fully General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliant and ISO 27001 certified.

How many people can we have on our platform?

There is no limit on how many people can join your platform, however, you should let us know if there will be more than 10.000 people at your event.

Can we have a closed list of attendees?

Yes. It is possible to have a closed event/community that only attendees that you approve can enter.

Can our platform be open to anyone?

Yes. It is possible to have an open platform that anyone can access without registration.

How long does our platform stay online?

CollectiVibe belongs to the branch of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technologies and it is rented to clients on a monthly or yearly basis. The first month is included in the setup fee, so your platform will stay online at least for 30 days.
